Our aim
The International Guitar Academy Berlin is dedicated to the cultivation and further development of artistic guitar playing. Within the framework of the International Guitar Academy Berlin, the Festival of the International Guitar Academy Berlin takes place every two years with concerts, master classes and lectures by international protagonists of the guitar world, reflecting the richness of the concert guitar.

Passive participation
Passive participation
Passive participation in all lectures, workshops, master classes as well as in the Linnemann ensembles is free; donations are requested for the concerts in Charlottenburg Town Hall. For the opening concert, regular tickets must be purchased at the Renaissance Theater box office. If you are a guitar teacher:in, you may receive a continuing education certificate for passive participation.
Active participation
Aktive Teilnahme
Admission to the opening concert at the Renaissance Theater and all subsequent concerts at Charlotternburg City Hall are included for active participants. The number of lessons and places in the workshops are limited. When registering, please indicate preferences for lecturers (masterclasses) or workshops. Registrations will only be accepted online.
